Monroe Sausage, Hotter than ever!

In addition to our original varieties of Monroe Sausage in Mild and Original flavors, we have added “Hot” to the flavor line-up. We have also added another variety of delicious Monroe Sausage. It’s a smaller “baby link” size that is made using a natural sheep casing. It is also available in Mild, Original (medium) and Hot flavors.
