Monroe Sausage Rotel Dip
Appetizer - 2007 Monroe Sausage Recipe Contest
Winner: Lynn Cook
- 2 lbs. ground Monroe Sausage-Original
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 2 lbs. cubed Velveeta cheese
Brown sausage - drain if needed.
Combine sausage with tomatoes and cheese cubes. Simmer in crock pot on low. Stir occasionally until blended.
Serve with any type corn or tortilla chips – especially delicious with homemade tortilla chips.
