Hot Monroe Sausage Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers

- 8 Jalapeno Peppers
- 1 T. butter
- 1 8oz package cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. Original Monroe Sausage (ground)
- 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1 lb. bacon
Cut peppers in half & clean out seeds. Mix cream cheese and sausage. Put a tablespoon of mixture in each pepper and then wrap a slice of bacon around each pepper.
Place on baking sheet and cook at 400° until sausage and bacon are fully cooked.
These are also great cooked on the grill.
