Monroe Sausage & Pasta Alfredo
Soup/Supper - 2009 Monroe Sausage Recipe Contest

- 1 pkg Original Monroe Sausage
- 1 box Penne Rigota Pasta
- 2 jars Sundried Tomato Alfredo Sauce
- 1 pkg green onions (cut-up)
- 1 tablespoon Tony’s Seasoning
Cut sausage into slices and cook. Cook pasta until ready. Pour off water, leaving enough to mix the Alfredo Sauce. Pour in the 2 jars of Alfredo Sauce and mix. Add sausage and onions.
Heat until sauce is warmed.
Ready to serve.
